The organizer don't mediate in reservation with the hotels. In order to make a reservation, please call to the hotel individually.

The special rates have been negotiated in Mercure Hevelius Hotel. Please make your own reserversion for password: "GAMBIT". Every day the conference bus will be waiting for all participants in the front of this hotel. Other hotels are also situated in the center of Gdańsk or in a short distance from Gdańsk University of Technology.
